numba provides temporary phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes for the service and country you select. by using numba, you agree to these terms and must be legally able to enter this agreement where you live. if you do not agree, do not use the service.

an account is required to buy and manage numbers. provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. you are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

do not share or resell account access, interfere with other accounts, or attempt to bypass account restrictions. report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

a new number normally has a 25-minute activation window. your dashboard shows the remaining time for your order. an activation can end earlier if you burn it or the messaging network cancels it. availability and delivery depend on the network and the service sending the SMS.

you receive temporary access, not ownership of the number. numbers may be reassigned after use. we do not promise ongoing access, future codes, calls, or account recovery after an activation ends.

check the service, country, and price before buying. a number purchased for one service may not receive codes from another. the platform you verify with controls whether it accepts temporary numbers and may change its rules at any time.

use numba only where the destination platform permits it. do not rely on a temporary number for emergency communications, banking access, or long-term recovery of an account you cannot afford to lose.

you may use numba for lawful verification and testing you are authorized to perform. you must follow the laws that apply to you and the rules of the services you use.

fraud, phishing, impersonation, harassment, spam, unauthorized account access, payment abuse, and attempts to evade security or legal restrictions are prohibited. do not exploit bugs, overload the service, or use automation to bypass purchase limits.

prices are shown in USD before purchase and vary by service, country, and available network. live prices can change. if the price changes before your order is placed, review the refreshed price before buying.

the order amount is deducted from your wallet when a purchase is started. wallet credit is used for purchases within numba. adding credit and paying for an individual activation are separate transactions; an activation refund returns credit to your wallet and does not automatically reverse your deposit.

if no code arrives, a wallet refund is processed after the network confirms cancellation or expiry. burning an unused number requests cancellation; a short cancellation waiting period may apply. once a code has arrived, ending the activation does not refund that order.

if a purchase fails with a confirmed failure, the held credit is returned. if the network does not confirm whether a purchase succeeded, the order and credit can remain pending while the result is checked. do not repeat an uncertain purchase; keep the order reference for support.

delivery of a code does not guarantee that the destination platform will accept it or keep your account active. these refund rules do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

stock, pricing, and delivery times are estimates until an order is confirmed. maintenance, outages, network delays, or destination-platform restrictions can interrupt service. we cannot guarantee that every number will receive a code or work with every platform.

use the order status and transaction history to check the outcome of a purchase. optional sound and browser notifications are conveniences; keep the dashboard open when you need to see a code promptly.

we may restrict access when there is evidence of misuse, unauthorized payments, security threats, or a legal requirement. where appropriate, we may ask for information to investigate an affected account or order.

you can delete your account in settings. deletion removes access to your wallet and order history and does not itself request a deposit refund. resolve pending orders and balance questions before deleting your account.

our privacy policy explains how we handle account, order, and session data. ending an activation does not erase information that you or the destination platform have already shared or saved.

you are responsible for deciding whether a temporary number suits your use. nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

we may update these terms as the service changes. the date above identifies the current version. any additional notice required by applicable law will still apply.

for an order issue, keep the order reference, date, and transaction details available for the administrator handling your account. never share a password or live verification code. privacy requests can be sent through the contact on our privacy page.
