Still waiting for a code?
The normal activation window is 25 minutes. If no code arrives, request cancellation or wait for expiry. A wallet refund follows network confirmation.
If a purchase is awaiting confirmation, keep the order reference and do not repeat the purchase.
Wallet and refunds
Activation refunds return to your numba wallet. They do not automatically reverse a deposit. Once a code arrives, ending the activation does not refund the order.
